Our tube removal packages greatly reduce material handling efforts and increase the value of scrap. We supply sufficient quantities of state-of-the-art retubing tools for subcontracted work or turnkey/managed projects. Tube Removal Tools

	Internal Tube Cutter: This tool is used to cut tube behind the tubesheet prior to tube removal or trim tubes after tube installation.
	Production Puller: This tube puller is used to pull the cut tube approximately 4" from the heat exchanger. This allows the Traveler to grab and pull the tube completely from the exchanger. It also pulls the tube stubs from the other end.
	Hydraulic Traveler: The patented RetubeCo Tube Traveler flattens tube as it pulls it from the condenser. The Traveler removes tubes at an operator controlled variable speed of up to 250 feet per minute.
	Hydraulic Traveler Chopper: These combination machines remove, flatten and chop condenser tubes at the tubesheet in a single operation, making these machines ideal for large projects.
	Pneumatic Traveler: This air-powered device flattens and extracts tube from the condenser or heat exchanger in the same manner as the Hydraulic Traveler. All though not as powerful as the Hydraulic Traveler, this machine is perfect for smaller jobs.
	Tube Chopper: The dual feed Tube Chopper is a heavy duty machine used to chop scrap tubes into approximately 3" long pieces. Use of the Chopper increases scrap value and simplifies handling of scrap tubes.
	Traveler Power Pack: This 30 GPM, 30 HP closed loop hydraulic system is used to power the Hydraulic Traveler and Traveler Chopper. Each unit is features stainless steel construction, and utilizes water tight electrical controls to ensure longevity, even in the harshest environments.
	Hydraulic Pump: This unit is used to power both the Production Tube Puller and the Spear Pulling Cylinders. This compact pump is pressure adjustable to 10,000 psi.
